How to use articles in this sentence? And single or plural nouns?

"(The) Students recommended by (the/a) principal(s) from (the/a) high school(s), with which [my university name] has signed (a) cooperation agreement(s), can be granted tuition fee and on-campus accommodation fee exemptions for the first academic year upon enrollment and school review."

This will be a sentence included in the Admission Brochure of my school. I don't know what's the best/correct way to put it. Would you help me? Thank you!
