Hỗn = rude, but mostly to someone of higher authority, parents or teachers for example.
- Mày dám hỗn với ba à?

Mất dạy = can also means rude, but ill-bred would be a less confusing term. It can be applied to anyone. Reallllly rude to call someone this lol.
- Đồ mất dạy. (general insult when someone is being rude or a prick)
Lì = stubborn.
- Thằng này lì thế.
-- This guy is stubborn, huh?

"Hỗn", normally use to describe someone whose attitute or saying is disrespectful to the people older than them.
Ex: If kids talk back/have disrespectful attitude to their parent, grandma, grandpa....
"Mất dạy", ill-bred, use for people who talk and behave as they are not well-educated. It means nobody teach them how to behave and what they should do properly. We can say a person is "mất dạy" if they "hỗn" to the elderly. This is an extreme word. So be careful to use it on anyone.
"Lì" is stubborn: Too sharp or bold. Not listen, or change their position or attitude eventhough they might get punishment. They don't care much if they don't want to
All three words can use as an adj to describe one's attitude or behavior.
