Hmmm. They all are fine. I think we’d sometimes omit the “the” when using a phrase like any of those.

I enjoy being alone in absolute darkness.

A more common sentence might be:

I enjoy being alone in the dark.

Worthwhile = good and important enough to spend time, effort, or money on.
That trip was very worthwhile!

I don't see anything worthwhile ❌. An experience can be worthwhile but an object cannot

Yeah, I don’t agree with that. To me, anyway.

“Worthwhile” is an adjective that means “worth the time”.

“I don’t see anything worthwhile.” Is totally fine.

“I don’t see anything” does not require that you’re speaking about an object incapable of being worthwhile.

“I don’t see anything worthwhile on her list of activities.”

“I don’t see anything worthwhile.”

Both correct.
