Does the "ㄹ/ 을 수 있어요" ending mean "I can do __" as in "I physically know how to play the piano (with my fingers)." or does it mean "I have the knowledge to be able to correctly play the piano"?

Another Example:

A: "Can you go to the store for me?"

B: "I can do that!"

Person B is saying yes to the favor Person A asked them. Is that ending used as a "I can do this" as in "I can go do this for you." A "I have the physical ability to do this, but may not know how." or both? 😭
