@hiromi888 Oh, i understand. Let's rephrase it, if it's okay for you. So that it will sound better and natural. You should rather say, "The changing of temperature has big difference that it can affect your body." :)

As an english speaker, I didn't understand the "The difference between low and high is big" part since it doesn't sound relevant to your sentence. And "it effect your body" is wrong. It should be, "it AFFECTS your body." :)
