この３つは、文章だけで使われるわけではないのですが、かなりフォーマルな感じがします。
「A」as well as「B」は、「A」の方を強調しています。
例) It's important to be kind as well as smart.
Not only A, but also BはBの方を強調します。
また、文法的に少し複雑です。
例) It's important not only to be smart, but also to be kind.
Not only is it important to be smart, it's also important to be kind.
It's not only important to be smart, but also to be kind.
A along with Bは「and」と少し異なり、文章の名詞が複数形ではなく単数形です。
