This can be used for several contractions:
Is not, are not, were not, do not, does not, did not... To agree with the person above it is universally considered poor English.
"They ain't eat yet." (They didn't eat yet.)
"She ain't go to the gym on wednesdays." (She doesn't go to the gym on Wednesdays.)
"He ain't very nice." (He isn't very nice.)
