有關 泰語 的問題

I'm talking a lot to a Thai guy that I met a week ago, he's one year younger than me, and I want to know which pronouns should I use for 'I' and 'You'.
For 'I', I was thinking I can say เรา, but he's younger than me, so it sounds like 'You', isn't it?

you can call yourself พี่ and call him น้อง or call his name instead
