"Argument" is a more general term. It can include any sort of back and forth disagreement between people (even if doesn't involve anger or yelling).
The term "argument" can also refer to a statement or opinion that is backed up by evidence or logic/reason (e.g. "His argument is that we should not demolish the building because it has historical significance").
A "quarrel" is an angry argument, typically between friends or family members (people who are well known to each other or are normally friendly / on good terms).

Thank you for your answer, Pythonpoole! I clearly understand the difference between argument and quarrel, but is quarrel similar to fight? I thought fight is like wrestling, but it's not necessarily, right?

Oh yes, sorry I didn't see the word "fight" in your original question. "Fight" is an extremely broad/general term. It can mean:
1) a physical confrontation with someone (like a hostile fight to the death or one that involves intentional violence/injuries)
2) a physical-contact sports activity (like boxing or wrestling)
3) an argument or quarrel (especially one that involves aggression, threats, or violence), or
4) a major struggle/challenge that involves battling or campaigning against some kind of opposition force/opinion (even if it's not physical) [examples: "he had to fight to survive", "I'm fighting for animal rights", "she's fighting to become the next president", "I plan on fighting the court's decision"]

Yes, "fight" is a highly versatile word and can basically be used whenever you're going up against some sort of opposition or resistance (regardless of whether the context is fun/recreation, sports/competition, threats/violence, or struggles/challenges).
