In the UK, do you have an expression like "all that and a bag of crisps"? Is it in common use? (How exactly do you word it?)

In the US, some people say "all that and a bag of chips". I've never said it myself, but it's common enough that everyone knows what it means.
all that and a bag of chips = superior, as good as it gets
For example: She thinks she's all that. He's all that and a bag of chips!

or "crisps". It is apparently a recent slang expression, and, being an older person, I have never heard of it - but it does exist.

there is a term peng. peng is good, but its used in many ways.

you could say that girl is peng. but you also use it and say look at that girl she thinks she peng.
it can be used for most things.
that burger was peng.
that car is peng.
i myself don't use it, mainly younger people use it though.
