有點不自然
Personally I think "the rental cost" and "the fuel cost" is a bit formal, so if you want to use a casual expression like "it's on me", it doesn't match.
I'd suggest:
"Because you've paid for the car, the fuel's on me."
Or:
"You paid for the car, so the fuel's on me."
