Glad to help, wish I could say the same thing about my progress in Japanese. But I'm so new at it that I wouldn't even be able to understand the easiest of the children's books. However on that note I would say the best way to help with your studying english at this point is get some english novels and an english dictionary. Start reading the novel and when you come across an unfamiliar word, that's when the dictionary comes in handy. Brandon Sanderson and Robert Jordan both are excellent authors to start with for epic fantasy. And J.R.R Tolkien's hobbit and lord of the ring trilogy are great for more advanced reading.

Depending on the context of the sentence they can be interchangeable, however typically they are used under two different circumstances. Suppose refers to thinking and possibly agreeing with such as (I suppose you could be right) where as presume means to place an assumption as a question such as ( I presume your name is X?) under rare circumstances the two can be used interchangeably but I won't provide examples of such as it is highly uncommon to encounter such situations

Thank you.If you don't mind, please tell me the difference between another word "think"and them.

I'm not sure I completely understand the question. Are you asking for the difference between the words think and them? Or was one of the words a typo?
I only ask because think has no correlations with its definition with the word them

Oh,sorry.I want to know the difference "think"and "suppose, presume".
Because I feel the word "think"is involving both meaning "suppose" and "presume".And I feel the word "think" is very formal.
Maybe I suppose my understanding is incorrect. So I want to know that.

Ok, yes "think" is part of the definition of both suppose and presume. It's a more general term that encompass a much more broad range where as the other two are more specific and do not cover as much as think does, there really is no "formal" or "informal" way of speaking or writing with English because there are not many instances of one word having more than one definition. Unlike other languages english tends to be a more broad spectrum language
However if you wish to make it easier for understanding this might be easier the "formal" way of speaking in English would be the words which have a much narrower meaning as it makes it very clear what it is you are speaking about. Where as the "informal" way of speaking is the more general terms that then require the full knowledge of the context in which it was used to understand the meaning behind what was said
