@114514 I think the problem is that we think of "description" as part of (or even the same as) "expression skills", so it sounds redundant. But I think you're thinking of "descriptive power" --> having to do with attentions to detail...
So...
--> "A community for improving descriptive powers and expression skills"

well... it usually is but I have a hard time doing that in this case. Maybe it's just me. I suppose it's okay to say "A community for improving descriptive and expression skills", but somehow it doesn't sound right. Sorry for such a vague explanation.
