Junmai-shu 純米酒 is a type of sake.
It is made from only rice and Koji (sake yeast) and water.
Rice polishing ratio is 70% or less. 30% of rice grain is shaved off. 聼起來自然嗎?

Do I have to add "the/a" into the sentences?
