"— I can’t — but that I can do it at all. " in this context 是什麼意思

Does it mean:
I cant' dance well, but I can enjoy continuing dancing somehow.?

<context>

And, as for my own dancing, the amazing thing is, not that I can do it well — I can’t — but that I can do it at all.

In the context it means that even though they can't do it - or they think they can't - the amazing thing is that they can actually do a little bit.
If that makes sense?

I assume it to mean that the context is saying that the fact the he or she can even dance at all is what it means, since he or she doubts his or her own ability to dance.

I may be very wrong on this one, but that's what it seems like to me.
