The pronunciation is natural sounding along with the context. "Of course. And you?" This sounds as if you were answering a question positively and then redirecting the question back at someone else. That is a very common thing to do in English.

the context is said positively but when asking ''and you?'', it didn't really sound like a question. it sounds very natural but make sure to have that emotive expression in your voice.
