"Thank you for kindly correcting me"と言えば自然です。他の文はちょっと言わないですね。
"Thank you for correcting me" や "Thank you for taking out the time to correct me" も言えます。:)

有點不自然
"Thank you for your correction" も自然だと思います。However, in this sentence, the focus becomes "correction" and is a little bit vague. In "Thank you for (kindly) correcting me", the focus is on 'you' and 'me', so this sounds better in my opinion. ["Thank you for (kindly) correcting me" のほうがいい感じだと思います。] I hope that made sense >.<
