I have questions about Japanese people,

1. The japanese males when interested in a girl, they normally search her eyes's contact, or their culture make them more to avoid to watch directly in face the girl they like?

2. How japanese male show they are interested in a girl , speaking about the body language?

3. Japanese men are more or less complicated personality compared to women?

1. Some would eagerly attempt to make eye contact with you, some try hard not to look at you, but oftentimes the attraction is too strong to keep him from taking a peep at you.
2. As I mentioned above, when a guy takes an interest in you, he cannot help but look at you. You can't miss that. Of course you would also draw people's attention when you are looking weird or acting strange.
3. Although it all depends, it has conventionally been thought women are more complicated.

May I ask why you asked those questions ?

Thank you, I understand now.
I asked this question for curiosity,but not just for 'romantic interest' , also for 'respect or care of a person' even as to 'like a person ' as a 'friendly' like...

I asked this because I dont know why a Japanese person I 've met, made me feel a little sad and insecure... I really have a lot of admiration for this Japanese person, and everytime I met him, since I give him a lot of consideration and 'love', I wish he could feel a little some good feelings for me, or gratitude for all my efforts for him.
But I dont understand his way to be with me, I see he's gentle with many people but with me, maybe its just my fault because Im shy , he have difficulty to speak or so.
With others, he even go himself to speak, he's funny, he talks with them a lot... with me, nothing, but at the same time he is kind, but avoid to look at me... he looks only others but not me when I m more at a near distance in a local. and I dont understand why...
but later, when he is distant at least 4 meter or more, he speaks with others but he looked at me a lot of times.

I dont understand why never looks at me sometimes, I feel ignored literally.. and then looks at me only from a distance... when Im distant.

I just wish he would just care of me too and feel just that I care and I have deep estime? estimation?(sorry I dont know the english word) for him, thats why I wish he could have esteem also for me...
but I dont undestand what he feels.

But I was curious to see if a Japanese at least care, avoid or search eyes contact, and now I know they prefer eye s contact if they care. If they dont watch you, mean also they probably dont care of you...
