Is this the extract from the written composition? ​​"I'm coming over early in August to attend my friend's wedding."

Or are you asking for a rephrase?

I would rephrase it like this:
I'm coming over in early august to attend my friends wedding.

@Syota hmm, they're both the same just that the words are spaced differently?

If that's the case, both are right but number 2 looks better.

Coming over in early august sounds nicer, but coming over early in august is fine as well.

Or you could say I'm coming around early august.
