有關 英語 (美國) 的問題

Could you please correct my English?

I mostly have no appetite in the morning.
I know it's good thing to have breakfast for activation all day.
But if I force to myself to eat it, I'd be getting feel nauseous.
But I wonder why I'll hungry in the night.
No matter how much I have no appetite in the morning, I'm hungry in the night.
Maybe if I refuse to eat dinner, I'm hungry in next morning.
But in the fact, I have no appetite next morning.
Speaking of which, no matter how much I feel sleeping in the morning, I can't sleep in the night.
Then, I feel sleeping next morning.
I repeat same thing over everyday.
In conclusion, in the morning, I have sleepness and no appetite, and in the night, I have appetite and no sleepness.
That means I'm bad health.
I want to be healthy.
