"It would help you" means it would that "it" has a chance to help you

"It will help you" means "it" is going to help you

"It would help you" is for conditional situations. ("If you go to the doctor now, it would help you in the future")
You do not have to have a sentence with "if" before using "it would". You can just use "it would" when you are talking about anything that could happen, but you don't *know* that it is going to happen.
When you say "it will help you", you are talking about something that you know is going to happen. For example, if someone is already going to the doctor, you can say "It will help you."
However, some people use "it will help you" for conditional situations as well, so it's not that important to keep separate.
