Talkative is someone who likes to talk and talks a lot in one sitting without asking for another person persons input.
Verbose means well-rehearsed or can mean someone with a good size vocabulary.
Long-winded I haven't actually heard be used but I would assume it means someone who can talk for a long time without having to catch their breath. (Or it just seems that way.)
