I would like to tell my Holland friend - ' Have nice day '. should I say ' Heb een fijne dag ' or ' Fijne dag! '? What is better and more natural?

Fijne dag is more used.
I'd 'Nog een leuke dag verder, hè' (We often use small words before and after a sentence in Frisian so I use those aspects in Dutch as well to make it sound more informal, I don't know whether that's true for other regions)
