I'm wondering about this part ①"to the end buyer" and ②the relative clause(that produces a profit quickly).

Here in ①, should the "end" be replaced with "last"? or is it a normal usage of "end" there?
And about ②, I'm not sure about the subject. I mean what? who? produces a profit there?

If the sentence isn't correct, could you help fully understand that sentence by revising it?

The sentence is a bit confusing but I think you could say, "If we can sell all the plots to the last buyer within the shortest possible time, that will produce/create a profit quickly." You could use either the word 'produce' or 'create'. Hope this helped
