有關 英語 (美國) 的問題

¿Es lo mismo decir "You cannot avoid her to be happy" que "You cannot avoid her from being happy" que "You cannot avoid (that) she IS happy" y que "You cannot avoid (that) she BE happy"?

Por favor ayúdenme, tengo mucha confusión y no sé si esas oraciones están bien estructuradas o si se pueden usar indistintamente.
Tengo mayor duda en los últimos dos ejemplos, no sé con exactitud si "to be" se debe colocar después de "she" como "is" o como "be" a causa del modo subjuntivo.

en todos los casos miro oraciones distintas

3- You cannnot avoid that she Is happy <- that es necesario, amenos que hagas una pausa al hablar

4- You cannot avoid she to be happy. <- aca that no se utiliza.

1- No puedes negar que ella sea feliz
2- No puedes evitar que ella se sienta feliz
3- No puedes negar que ella es feliz
4- No puedes evitar que ella sea feliz
