@MissLaurencia It depends on the context. "That would be bad manners" would be used if two people were talking about a certain action, while "you have bad manners" would be accusing someone of behaving badly

@katyatya Well, it's not because of it's wording, it's more because you would usually only tell a child what to do, not an adult. It'd be fine to say to an adult as long as it's in the right context.
