who is when you are asking specific example 'who did this mess'
whose is like asking a question example 'whose pants are these'

It's very easy. You use 'who' to ask about somebody, while 'whose' is used to ask to which person something belongs.
Ex:
'Who wants a slice of cake?' you are asking which people want cake
'Whose slice of cake is this?' - which person does this cake belong to?

thanks, but how can I use "who ", "whose" or "which" In a complete phrase? in the middle of phrase?
