"Het lijkt een prachtige dag te gaan worden" or, "Het lijkt erop dat het een prachtige dag gaat worden" or, if you want to use "uitzien": "Het ziet ernaar uit dat het een prachtige dag gaat worden!"

@utrecht You're welcome! For even more variation: in Dutch the present tense is often used to indicate future events, so in the last two phrases you can simply substitute "gaat worden" for "wordt". "Zal worden" (standard future tense) is also correct but can sound a little unnatural.
