Describe about a doctor's job

There are many kinds of the departments in a hospital. The doctors are the specialists of each department. I think that a surgeon's job is the hardest. They are responsible of their patients' lives and no one let them make mistake.


Does this paragraph make sense?

Overall it makes sense! :)

Just a couple suggestions for improvement:

"There are many kinds of departments in a hospital." (remove "the")
"They are responsible for their patients' lives, and are not allowed to make mistakes."
