What do you say on the phone when you have to talk with someone for the first time?
I rented a room from Airbnb and the owner left the keys with his neighbor. So I have to call his neighbor to get a key but don't know what to say.

You: Yeah, Hi! This is (your name). I rented etc. etc. Airbnb, from your neighbor (neighbor's name) and he/she said you have the key. Can I come pick it up?
