有關 英語 (美國) 的問題

while I was shopping on E-bay, I crushed to a sentence which is 'Standard text rates may apply '. what does that mean? Do i have to pay when I get a message from someone? 用 英語 (美國) 要怎麼說？

It just means that you may be charged a fee depending on your cell phone plan. Most plans in US don't charge you since texting (SMS) is almost always free. So basically don't worry about it.
