1，The LDP programs as I mentioned recruit globally from the top business schools. MBA graduates who successfully entered into the program will rotate to different locations and business lines for short assignments. Rotation functions vary, but often include Sales, Project/Product Management, Market Access, Business Development, and other Commercial roles. Upon the completion of the rotations in two years, candidates can move back to China and start on a manager level position.
The recruitment process, as I have learnt from my connections in the program and the websites of the program, generally includes five steps:
First, fill in the online Application form as in MBA application. Second, complete the online test that evaluate the verbal and numerical reasoning as GMAT does, and the fitness of character and personality. Third, take the first Round interview. Fourth, participate the assessment day organized in the company. And the last, take the offer.

2，If I were not successful with my plan with LDP programs as mentioned, I would apply for some management positions in China local healthcare companies such as Fosun Group. The company can offer a platform for MBA graduates to polish his/her business skills and insights on its vast-stretching investment in healthcare industry. The ideal starting position is its healthcare investment team, whose main task is to research and manage the acquirement of healthcare companies for better operation result and financial return.
