" your time" is common. "in your time" is not-- although it would be understood

Do you mean if you were asking somebody to talk at that time, such as "Let's talk at 10:00am?" instead of "in 10:00am". Because you would use at not in.

"In" is wrong. It's close enough to be understood but it is incorrect.

If we are agreeing to talk at a certain time but we are in different time zones,we can't just specify a time. We must also specify a time zone. "let's talk at 10 your tine" means at 10 in your time zone.
