Why is calling someone a "Jatt" an insult in Afghanistan?

I'm a Jatt, it's an ethnic group found in India and Pakistan and thought this was offensive that being called by the name of my people is considered an insult in Afghanistan.

by jatt Afghans don't mean any nationality.
in slang way it just mean a scary witch . we really don't mean it 😊
