Allegedly is when you are accused of something like a crime. Supposedly is when you promised to do something or are expected to do something.
Ex. The man allegedly ruined the bank. He supposedly did the dishes before leaving.

Allegedly means something has been claimed by someone to be true.
Supposedly means assumed to be true.
Although their usage can overlap, 'allegedly' expresses more doubt.
