This is correct. This sounds like “Please give me one of this”, Actually this sentence is not a question, when you say the question like “Can you give me one of this?” You should put in a “吗” at the end. The difference in Chinese is like this:
“请给我一个这个。”
”你能给我一个这个吗？”
