有關 英語 (美國) 的問題

It is out of stock in the distribution center, so we will order it from the publisher or the manufacturer, and ship as soon as we get it. It is supposed to cancel the order in case we don't get it after three weeks.
Could you please correct this paragraph ?

"Currently, it is out of stock at the distribution center, so we will order it from either the publisher or manufacturer, and ship it as soon as we receive it. In the case that we do not receive it after three weeks, the order should be cancelled automatically."

I think the above will sound a little more professional and natural :)

@yuritan No problem! I would phrase it similar to this:

"I was asked to translate the previous text from Japanese to English, but I wasn't sure whether or not what I wrote made sense."
