I think it might sound a little more natural like this:

I have to care about grammar, pronunciation, handwriting, and so on when I study individually.

I have to care about such things as grammar, pronunciation, and handwriting when I study individually.

I focus on grammar, pronunciation, and handwriting when I study individually.

"I have to pay attention to gramma, pronunciation, and character writing as well when I study on my own."

please note that, "care about" is usually about "people / relationship".
and you won't say "study individually", usually it can be told by "study on my own".

@puffer-fish Oh I mean, "I have to ~ when I study in group project, and this applies when I study alone"

I should've told you I want to compare group project and self-study
