Not really, if they speak Standard German. The only thing is the pronunciation, you hear where a person is from. For example, Bavarians roll the R more than other Germans.

Thank you for the answer @Dennis987. So I wouldn't have any problems when communicating with person for example from Bavaria when I would use "Hochdeutsch"?

It only becomes a problem if they use words from their regional dialect.
Example: "Eichhörnchen" is "Oachkatzl" in Bavarian, "Traktor" is "Bulldog" in Baden.

If people from Germany speak standart German, you will understand all of them
But the dialects are very very differing
If you have two "extrems" even German people wouldn't understand each other😂
