[I’m sensitive to cold] [I can’t stand the cold] <- why isn’t there “the” in first sentence? ( Are both same meaning? right?) 用 英語 (美國) 要怎麼說？

Both have just about the same meaning. You could very well use “the” in the first sentence.

In the first sentence, cold is thought of as an object, and in the second, it's thought of almost like a force.
