Every time I come to Japan, I am so surprise that stereotypically, they like their sense of social conformity and the comfort of their unchanging rules. I think those Japanese culture will may take me a while to adjust.

Could you fix my sentence? Also if you work or live in Japan, what do you think of Japanese culture?

Every time I come to Japan, I get so surprised that the Japanese people don’t comply with the notions associated with social conformity as they are comfortable with their behavior. I think I will take some time to adjust to this Japanese culture.
