Wrong. You would say “Can you watch my stuff please?”

“Do you mind watching my stuff for me? I need to go to the washroom”.

You can also phrase it as “could you please watch over my stuff? I need to go to the restroom.” I’ll also point out that the word “washroom” is not very common in the US, at least in the Western part of the US, generally I hear people call it restrooms or bathrooms. The term “restroom” is more formal.
