Presently talks about now.
eg: " presently she doesn't have the text books"
"soonly" isn't a word. But "soon" is.
"Soon" talks about the future
eg: "Soon she will have the textbooks"

"Soonly" is not a word.
"Presently" and "soon" are both adverbs, and they mean the same thing.
