B: It's in the definition of the word "semi-furnished" enclosed by parenthesis.
or
B: It is actually the definition of the word "semi-furnished".
SPECIAL NOTE:
"OF ACCOMMODATION OR SEMI-FURNISHED" means that there are few things that can be found in that place or was there already.
For example:
The apartment comes with a semi-furnished rooms. (Which means that the apartment already have few equipments or furnitures or appliances inside the apartment.)

Accommodation here is referring to lodging (e.g. an apartment rental). The "of" is telling you that semi - furnished relates to accommodations/lodging.
The example sentence is natural. It just means that it is an inexpensive room with basic furniture.

@KenBM yeah, you're right. I think it's because the page has been translated, a lot of words get lost in translation when done automatically. Just like if it were to be done in reverse, japanese to english... it just becomes a mess. Can't rely on these translators 😩
