It is my dairy. I need your feedback. 🙏

I tried Nike tranning plan. My plan is bodyweight only.
but I can only 3 steps. It's hard to me. So this plan is deleted. I start 30days press ups plan instead of Nike plan. It is great than bodywight plan.

I'll try bodyweight tranning after more exercise. The reason that fail is I don't have any streching. I think this is mistake for many beginner. So I'm okay. I can anything trying! Try! Challenge!
