I would like to visit Lima, the capital city of Peru. I find this city fascinating, not only do its architectural places make this city one of the most stunish to visit in South America, but also, its traditional foods, and friendly people. Additionally, there are several places of interest to visit such as. Last but not least, archeological remains of the Incas can be found nearby the city.
Q. What will you suggest to a tourist who came to visit your country?
Colombia counts with a variety of landscapes that can astonish anyone. I recommend visiting the coast, particularly Cartagena which is rich in architecture and at the same time they can find beautiful beaches. The traditional dishes of this región are marvelous. In Bogota, the capital city of Colombia, they can try the ajiaco which is a kind of soup that contains potatoes, corn and an herb called guascas.
Q. Why travelling is important?
I believe that travelling is important not only because does it allow you to know different cultures, people, and landscapes, but also you can broaden your horizon, and have a better standpoint of other places. Additionally, leaving your comfort zone, can help you to know yourself better and increase your self-esteem.
