Please, could you correct this for me:
It depends on every individual whether they will choose to work on night shifts or on day shifts, both of which have their own positive and negative aspects. Sometimes though, people cannot exactly "choose" and working at night becomes a necessity since it is more economically rewarding. In my opinion, the drawbacks of working at night outweigh the benefits, because, after all, our health is way more important than receiving a better payment.
