"Get out of breath" isn't natural. Instead, say "out of breath". Example: "I ran to catch the train, now I'm out of breath." "Run out of breath" would be correct, if for example, you were swimming under water. "I had to swim to the surface because I ran out of breath.

They mean the same thing, but it's more clear to say "I lost my breath"... To run out of breath typically refers more often to feeling out of breath after a physical activity
