The second one doesn't sound right to my ears. I would say "If I were you, I would refuse the money" or just "You should refuse the money (I would if I were you)."

What about:" if father hadn't sent me , I shouldn't have come."

If father hadn't sent me, I wouldn't have come.
"I shouldn't have come" is used often by itself and means that you regret the decision. But in these kinds of constructions, I would use "would" 100% of the time.
