yes in that case you could use the sentence I typed out above. In English, we refer to the bathroom and toilet and WC as the same thing when we talk about going to the toilet.

This is very good but what do you mean by 'bath'? taking a bath? using the toilet?
you could say 'In this city they charge you for almost everything. For instance, the toilet costs 1euro and ketchup costs 50 cents.'

if you mean they charge you for most things better to phrase it as "they charge you for almost everything" ... so just the order of the words in sentence
